You must submit a request to the responsible office for providing location information in order to get information about the intended use of space and requirements for project implementation from spatial plans on specific land. After receiving the request, the competent office has eight days to provide the location information. The request must be accompanied by a copy of or an excerpt from the cadastral plan.

Project implementation or the creation of designs required by special laws cannot begin based on geographical data.

Construction of mining infrastructure, including buildings and installations, storage of hydrocarbons and long-term disposal of gases in geological formations, and exploitation of mining fields.
